The use of the collected Data

The Data concerning the Customer is collected to allow JOB ASSIST provide its services. We collect information to provide better services to all of our users – from figuring out the best job opportunity that suits your qualification, to which Organization/Company would be ideal for application. We also use this information to offer you tailored content – like giving you more relevant search results. It thus becomes the Users duty and at its own volition to provide relevant placeholder information which includes: Location, Addresses, Birth Date, name, email address, telephone number or credit card (used in payment of services)
Note that we only work on all the information provided; that is – information shared by the Customer only. Hence, we strongly advise that “ANY INFORMATION” that the Customer would not want Public, or Used by JOB ASSIST in fulfilling its obligations should not be shared. All information shared by any User will be deemed to have to be shared with full consent and comfortable in sharing.

Retention time
The Information is kept for the time necessary to provide the service requested by the User, or stated by the purposes outlined in this document.

When this Privacy Policy applies
Our Privacy Policy applies to all of the services offered by JOB ASSIST. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to services offered by other companies or individuals, including Job opportunities or sites that may be displayed to you in search results. Our Privacy Policy does not cover the information practices of other companies and organizations where you might be called for interview.

How we use non-personal information
Our site’s operating system may automatically record some general information about your visit, such as:
The IP address of the computer accessing the website; the type of browser you are using; the type of operating system you are using, and the date and time you visit our site.
We use this information for statistical analysis to help us make our site more useful to users. This tracking system does not record personal information about individuals or link this information to any personal data collected.

What about spam?
